Church Office Order Form
(remember to call the church office at 815-965-2765 if there is
something specific you are looking for, quantities are limited!)
Policy and Guidelines:
Any party wishing to
participate in the St. Peter $CRIP must be registered with the
program. An account number will be assigned to each
participant; in most cases, it will be the participant's home
telephone number.
Participants can earn credit
toward their tuition payments by purchasing scrip certificates
through the program. Based upon their level of participation,
families will receive credit towards their upcoming tuition
bills at St. Peter Cathedral School or Boylan High School.
Tuition credits will be equal to 50% of the profits realized
through each family’s scrip purchases. Payments will be made
directly to the schools on behalf of participating families in
June and December of each year.
Parents of future St. Peter or
Boylan students can place their credits in a “Hold For Future
Tuition” account for a maximum of up to two (2) years.
If a participating family
chooses not to enroll their child(ren) in St. Peter’s or Boylan
for any reason, the credit accrued will be forfeited and will be
directed to the Classroom Enhancement Fund.
If a family does not have a
child at either school, they can choose to direct their credits
elsewhere: to another family’s tuition bill, to the
Assist-A-Student Fund, to the Classroom Enhancement Fund, or to
St. Peter Cathedral Parish. Contributions may be anonymous, if
the family so chooses.
Each family will receive a
statement outlining their scrip purchases and credit totals
within 7 days of the payout date. Any discrepancies must be
brought to the attention of the Program Coordinator within 7
days of the statement date.
Scrip orders must be
accompanied by payment in cash or check made payable to St.
Peter Scrip. There is a $20.00 charge for checks returned
(NSF).
Scrip certificate purchases
are NOT tax-deductible because participants receive dollar for
dollar value.
Participants are responsible
for verifying their order at the time of receipt. In the
unlikely event that a discrepancy should occur, participants
should contact the Coordinator within 24 hours of receipt.
Scrip certificates have a cash
equivalency and should be handled accordingly. The $t. Peter $crip
Program is not responsible for certificates that are lost,
stolen or misplaced while in your possession.
Backpack Envelopes:
Families with children at St.
Peter Cathedral School who wish to have their child bring home
their scrip must read and sign the Backpack Waiver on the back
of the registration form. Participating families will receive a
green Backpack envelope used for ordering and delivery of scrip
certificates.
Backpack envelopes should be
sent in to school on or before Monday of each week. It is the
student’s/parent’s responsibility to see that envelopes are
turned in to the homeroom teacher. Orders received after 9:00
am Monday may be held until the following week. Please refer to
the school calendar and Scrip newsletters for dates of
operation.
$CRIP orders will be delivered to
classrooms each Friday in the green backpack envelopes only.
We will not deliver certificates to your child by any other
means. If you wish your $CRIP order to be delivered to
someone other than yourself or your child, you must name the
authorized person on the order form.
If you place an order for
something at a Cash ‘N’ Carry Sale, please turn your green
envelope into school on the following school day.
If we do not have your green envelope when we
fill your order, you or your child will need to come in to a
Thursday or Sunday Cash 'N' Carry sale to pick up your
certificates. We will not deliver $CRIP certificates to
your child's classroom unless we have your green envelope.
